Worst experience ever, one star is being generous. Used car had numerous problems as soon as we drove it off the lot. They scanned it the next day and it has a list of issues which magically appeared as soon as we drive away with the check engine, light and coolant light. They are unwilling to fix anything. Steer clear, anywhere else would be better There’s an issue when the manager of the store won’t do anything, but then his boss is his wife and then her boss is her father That says enough right there
Although the car is excellent, I've had the worst customer service experience when purchasing a new vehicle, with the salesman lying and the general manager failing to return my calls. I would recommend buying your Toyota somewhere else. 0/5
Very caring team, from Service to the Mechanics. They have gone above and beyond to keep me and my passengers safe! I went in to try and catch up some of the overdue maintenance that was required after I bought the truck used.They pointed out that the frame was in need of repair and it probably wouldn't be safe until that was addressed.I appreciate that they took the time to do the job correctly. They explained everything that happened as they worked on my 2005 Tundra. 100% believe in this company!
Toyota of Warsaw up charged me $45.00 for things I didn't order and they didn't ask me if I wanted tires rotated or a 12oz. bottle of Petra silver oil for $15.00.
I was sitting 10 feet from the service desk and the service manager could have ask me if I wanted these things.. when I called and talked to the office manager she told me the service manager said it was on the service order. Took my new car in for the first free oil changed, they damaged three of my wheels with the unasked for, unwanted tire rotation. I pointed out two of the damaged wheels, 1/4 (?) dings that took off the chrome, and they took pictures of them. Promised to contact me that day. Nothing. Now I need to buy special paint to at least fill in the void to hopefully prevent peeling. Great, I waited 1 1/2 hours, for a simple oil change and for you to mess up my brand-new wheels.
It is nice to have a home town Dealer, and Josh was great to work with.
Jana Gill has been great to work with! She helped us get a Sienna back in April when they were extremely hard to get. She worked quickly and efficiently and went above and beyond. Since then, she has always been happy to help with any questions we have had about our vehicle and continues to give quality service with a smile whenever needed!

Great Car…Terrible Buying Experience!! Toyota makes quality cars. Toyota of Warsaw did not provide a quality car buying experience! If the “Smart Path” price on the website looks good to you finish the deal online because you cannot get the same deal at the dealership. They got me in the door with the “Smart Path” price and then rushed/pressured me into signing a significantly more expensive lease deal in person. After this experience I recommend buying your car online and only going to the dealership to pick it up.
I came here after having an extremely bad experience with Andy Mohr Toyota in Avon. This dealership was the exact opposite! It started out by sending a request thru their website on Saturday evening. I was contacted and told my request was received and that they would have a salesperson contact me. I was contacted Monday. This is my FIRST & will definitely be my LAST Toyota purchase, especially from this location. This is the worst Dealership I have ever purchased or even serviced my vehicle at. Warsaw Toyota was very nice to purchase my 2022 Toyota Corolla from. The sales staff is friendly and very stress free and patient. The only reason I am not giving 5 Stars is because they do not check their New Vehicles for Transport Damage before selling them. The day of purchase I noticed a large scratch on the top of the trunk lid and they removed it promptly before leaving the dealership. This was the best car buying experience my husband and I have ever had. We never felt pressured and every one we worked with was kind and professional. We drove over 200 miles to get to this dealership and it was well worth the drive.
First purchase here. Jana Gill & Angel were friendly & professional. Prices were fair. I drove through 3 towns that didn't have the selection / quality that this location had. On the downside, with a credit score of 822, I should have a lower rate than 5 something. Also vehicle was left there & was to be detailed. Crumbs on the floor, sticky coins in the console, inner roof panels not glued to roof, 3 open factory recalls were not taken care of. Check your purchase thoroughly, go for the selection & prices.

Recently purchased my third Highlander from Toyota of Warsaw, and as usual we were treated like royalty through the entire process. Friendly, helpful Sales staff that is continually supported by the best darn Service center I have every had the pleasure of dealing with in my 46 years of driving. This being our first new Highlander, we are enjoying the new technology and safety features Toyota has incorporated into this terrific vehicle.

I have always appreciated the folks at the service desk....even though there have been many changes over the past few years. Steve Prindle is great...a true lover of Toyota vehicles. No place is perfect. I think the overall work is good and reliable, however there have been a few small rough-edge details over the years. The most recent was grease on my gear shifter and seat. It was easily corrected, but shouldn’t have been there. Its small stuff that would not stop me from going back. I trust this Toyota Service Center.

I needed a part replaced they were able to get the replacement part sooner then expected then & was able to replace much quicker then I expected & now it works great.
I come here to get my oil changed all the time. They are fast and do an excellent job. They even wash my car and vacuum it out. You can’t beat the price either. They also let you know when other maintenance is due. I will always come here. (I live in Knox, IN)
We recently purchased a new Prius at Warsaw Toyota and the staff was very professional. The staff was helpful without being pushy. We have not had any service experiences yet.
I have dealt with Wasaw Toyota on two occassions for two Avalons and one 2018 Camry sedan. They have been fair , helpful and courteous. I live 50 miles from Warsaw Toyota and will continue to deal with them because of the above. I buy with a trade and cash doing most of the preliminarys by E mail with little time spent at the dealership for delievery. So far a good place to do business.
I was looking for an affordable, fuel efficient, upgrade and got just that with the 2017 Corolla. I have had it for almost 6 months now and love it! The entire staff was friendly and patient through the whole process. I will definitely go back for future purchases.

My experience with this dealer has been highly variable. Salesman Geoff was great in assisting us with lease of 2012 Limited RAV4. Turning in the 2012 at the end of the leave I wanted to buy out the vehicle. The buyout price was $1000 higher than another local dealer. A 2010 RAV taken in for strange transmission noises was diagnosed as needing a change of transmission oil. This didn't quite seem an adequate explanation. I told them that I wanted to have the car inspected before I pruchased it. My sales person Geoff said that they had already inspected the car and that nobody else would fine problems that they did not. After I purchased it and had problems, they sent me to the service department that suggested $600+ in repairs. We asked them to cover the cost of the repairs, but they informed me that they really only do a visual inspection of the cars and that since it was a used car there was nothing they would do.
