The Incoming Inventory page shows all new vehicles on the lot, in shipping, and in production. If a vehicle is labeled “sold” it is no longer available. It has either been reserved by a customer with a down deposit or it has been purchased but not picked up by the customer.

Vehicles that are sold will still show on the website until the customer picks up the vehicle. This is because a customer could change their mind or ask for a deposit refund.

We are unable to custom order any vehicles. Toyota.com does allow customers to custom build a vehicle but we cannot place a custom order. When you fill out the custom order Toyota.com, this will send a lead to dealerships in the area and let them know you are shopping for a custom vehicle. Some dealerships may take your custom order information and take a deposit on the vehicle and let you know when a vehicle matching your custom order is allocated to them. We are not doing custom orders and we are not accepting deposits on any vehicles that are not on the lot, in shipping, or in production. This prevents your money from being on hold for a vehicle that has not been produced. We are accepting deposits on all vehicles that are in stock, shipping, or production. To reserve a vehicle, it is a $500 deposit. This is a refundable deposit and will reserve the vehicle for you. If you have a general idea of a vehicle, you are looking for, we can add you to our waitlist for a vehicle. We receive new vehicles in production during the first week of the month and in the middle of the month. Each sales team member is handling their waitlists differently. Some are contacting customers in the order of when they were added to the waitlist. Some are contacting all customers on the waitlist at once and it’s first come first serve.

You can start the buying process from home by clicking the “Start Your Online Purchase” button. You can select financing options, add trade-in vehicles, schedule a test drive, and submit a credit application all from home.
